Ambrosia Chocolate and Spices is the magical little piece of southern France tucked away in historic Nantucket.  The creation of Claudia and Dylan Wallace, native Nantucketers, it's a tiny shop with delightful surprises for your cooking and eating pleasure.  Claudia and Dylan make their extraordinary artisanal chocolates by hand, enhancing milk and dark with unexpected hints of spices and herbs, but that's only the beginning of what you can smell, see and taste at Ambrosia.  Flavored salts are a specialty, along with spice and tea blends, flavored dried peppers and oils.
