Actor Chris Noth is best known as Mr. Big, Sarah Jessica Parker’s on-again, off-again boyfriend on the HBO hit series (and films) “Sex and the City.”  He landed one of his two Golden Globe nominations for the part.  But Noth has also appeared on Broadway (I the Pulitzer-prize-winning play “That Championship Season,” and “The Best Man”) and in dozens of films and TV shows, including Case Away, The Good Wife and Law and Order.”

“Northern Borders is being made through an innovative collaboration between Craven’s non-profit company Kingdom County Productions and Marlboro College.  Twenty professionals collaborated with 34 students from sixteen colleges this past winter and spring for a semester-long film intensive that included a fully professional production that stars Academy Award nominees Bruce Dern and Genevieve Bujold and Seamus Davey-Fitzpatrick (“Moonrise Kingdom”).  Co-stars incuded Jessica Hecht (“Sideways,” “Friends”) and John Shea (“Missing,” “Lois and Clark”), the artistic director of the Theatre Workshop of Nantucket.
